If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return it to us at your own cost by A SIGNED FOR POST SERVICE within 28 days.
Please ensure the dispatch note is included or we could have trouble finding your order on our system.
Upon us receiving your returned goods we shall refund you for those goods provided that they are in their original, brand new, unused, re-sellable condition.
We will refund standard shipping charges for your original order however we do not refund optional upgrades such as next day or express delivery,

If your goods do not reach you in good condition you must notify us within 3 days of the receipt of your goods by using our contact us form. We will then arrange with you either a refund or exchange for the affected goods provided that they have not been opened or tampered with in any way.
If you believe your goods may be faulty you must notify us within 14 days of the receipt of your goods by using our contact us form. We will then arrange with you either a refund or exchange for the affected goods.
For items bought between now and the 16th December, we are happy to offer an extended returns period. You will have until 16th January 2017 to return your item for a full refund. After this date, we will only be able to offer a credit note in exchange.
